This form will take about 10-15 minutes to complete. During the Midyear Transfer Period, this form can be used to request a student transfer when a student is experiencing a hardship and would like to request a change in school environments. Submitting this Hardship Transfer Request is the first stage in the process and is subject to approval or denial by the NOLA-PS Enrollment Services team after receiving additional information from the student's school. Hardship transfers can be made between NOLA-PS schools that participate in the NOLA-PS Common Application Process (NCAP).
Students should continue to attend their current school while the Hardship Transfer Request is under review. Absences are not excused.
